How much does Alleviate cost?
In the United States, Alleviate is free on Starter, $149 a month (or $1,430.40 a year) on Growth, and $299 a month (or $2,870.40 a year) on Pro; Enterprise is priced per network. Annual billing is 20 percent off, and organizations outside the United States see a lower price set by their country.
The four plans
Starter, free: one program, five funding alerts a month, three document slots, one seat, the basic readiness assessment, a website in draft and a public organization profile. No card is needed and it does not expire.
Growth, $149 a month or $1,430.40 a year: up to three programs, 25 funding alerts a month with AI matching, five AI proposals a month, 50 documents, five seats, a published website, volunteer management, the compliance calendar with two compliance reports a month, the full readiness deep dive, and the full report catalog with sharing and scheduling.
Pro, $299 a month or $2,870.40 a year: unlimited programs, funding alerts, AI proposals and documents; the funder portal and impact reports; finance and HR with a QuickBooks connection; the full compliance engine across 48 country frameworks with audit trail; events; a custom domain for the website; API access; priority support; unlimited seats.
Enterprise, custom: everything in Pro, several organizations under one account for networks and government programs, single sign on, a white label option, a dedicated customer success manager and a 99.9 percent SLA.
Prices by country
The prices above are the list prices for the United States and other high income countries. Middle income countries pay about 57 percent of them and lower income countries about 30 percent, rounded to whole dollars a month; the pricing page shows the price for the visitor's country. The tier is set from the organization's country on the server, so every organization sees exactly the price it would pay.
Founding prices for new US nonprofits
A 501(c)(3) recognized by the IRS in the last 24 months can take Growth for its first year at $490 through Start Right, with the renewal at the list price of $1,430.40. The Program Member tier ($995 for the first year) adds the Alleviate Transformation Program, and the Partner Seat ($1,995) carries Pro access. What is not in the price
Payment processing fees on donations are charged by the payment processor, not by Alleviate. Add ons such as extra program slots or extra funding alerts are priced on the pricing page. The expert marketplace connects organizations with consultants whose fees are their own. There is no setup fee for the platform, and no contract beyond the billing period chosen.
