For newly recognized 501(c)(3) organizations
Your determination letter just arrived. Set the organization up right, once.Your first year as a 501(c)(3), on one calendar. Set up right, once.
Programs start in a notebook, donors in a spreadsheet, outcomes in someone's head. By year two, the first funder report takes a weekend. Start in one system instead, free, before the tools multiply.
Your organization already has a free public profile on the Alleviate Index, built from IRS records. Claim it in two minutes. No call, no card. Approved recently and not showing up yet? The IRS file runs a month or two behind. Start free anyway
Why the first year matters
The habits you form now are the ones your funders will see later.
Nothing to migrate
You have no old tools to untangle. Programs, donors and compliance start in one place, so they never need to be stitched together.
Every date, before it is due
Your federal and state obligations, read from your IRS record, on one calendar with reminders. Board turnover never takes the knowledge with it.
Ready when the first funder asks
When a funder asks what changed, the answer comes from the program data you have been keeping all year, in minutes.
Three steps, no call
From your IRS record to your first program in ten minutes.
Kay, the AI assistant built into Alleviate, walks you through each step in plain language. Nobody needs to be on the phone.
- 1Find your organizationSearch by name or EIN. Your Index profile shows what the IRS file already says about you.
- 2Claim it and create your accountName, EIN, city, state and fiscal year end come filled in. You confirm, not retype.
- 3See your first year and set up a programYour compliance calendar is ready on day one. Kay helps you describe your first program and what you will measure.
Your first year, in one place
Everything you would otherwise buy tool by tool, before the budget scatters.
AI with the guardrails a nonprofit needs: your organization's data is never used to train AI models, and nothing is sent anywhere without your review.

Questions
Do I need to talk to anyone to get started?
No. You claim your profile, create the account and pay, if you choose a paid plan, on your own. If you would like to talk, reply to any email from us and we will set a time.
Is Starter really free?
Yes, with no card and no time limit. You move to a paid plan only when you need more than Starter covers.
Where do the dates come from?
From your IRS record: your fiscal year end, your state and your exemption type. You can confirm or adjust each one, and every reminder shows the agency it comes from.
What happens to our data?
It stays yours. It is hosted in the United States, never used to train AI models, and you can export it at any time.
